Spring Hope

In just a couple of weeks, we will turn our clocks ahead one hour. Living in the Northeast in the winter puts many people into hibernation, but soon we will awaken to the sound of summer songbirds returning home, to green vegetation, and the vibrancy of new life that comes with the Spring. Some of us, I fear, have been hibernating for the past 2 years, but the future is filled with hope. Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy…

Easter is coming; it’s much later than usual this year and that’s fine with me. I much prefer a late Easter especially living in New England since celebrating Easter with snow on the ground just doesn’t feel right to me.
